Zucchini Hashed Browns

1 cup shredded zucchini 2 egg whites 1 tablespoon onions, optional 1 tablespoon diced pepper, any variety (optional) pepper, to taste garlic powder, to taste onion powder to taste Mrs. Dash seasonings also work well with this Mix all ingredients together. Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place by tablespoons into heated skillet. Cook till golden brown on both sides. I love to top with homemade salsa (see Condiment Recipe Forum or your binder.)
