1-2 tablespoons Splenda
1 teaspoon maple extract
1-2 cups carrots
Put about 1-2 cups of water in a small pot, then the carrots, Splenda and Maple extract. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes for soft carrots, use less time if you like them a little harder.
