Carrot Casserole

¼ cup unsweetened applesauce ½ to ¾ cup Splenda 4 egg whites 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 lbs. carrots, steamed, drained, mashed In a large bowl, mix applesauce and Splenda. Add egg whites, vanilla, and mashed carrots. Mix well. Pour into 1½ or 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
